"Morgan" Elizabeth

Names are given to everyone. Everyone here in this room, school, or even state has a name that their parents/guardians have given to them. Names can be simple, unique, formal, or even a buffoon of a name. Since there are human beings living in different parts of the world, there are different names to go with it. Japan for instance Mi-Shi-Eh-Ru or ミシェル which is translated to Michelle. Or maybe you can travel all the way to Spanish based states and find a person named Solymar. This name is three words that are smashed together. Sol-y-Mar. Solymar is translated to sun and sea. Or if you ever get a chance to go too Ireland you will most likely find a person with the name Meallán which means lightening.
The point is names can mean a lot of different things to a lot of different places/people. My name is Morgan Elizabeth Lovejoy. I was named by my grandfather who always wanted a grand-daughter named Morgan Elizabeth. My parents wasn’t thinking of it much until they seen how much my grandpa longed for it. So they gave him his blessing and named me by his wishes.
I still have no idea why he wanted Morgan Elizabeth as my chosen name, but what I did find out was eye-opening. My uncle always called me Morcant. I never knew why until the night I was given this assignment. The name Morgan came From the Old Welsh name Morcant, which is derived from Welsh.
"Mor” (sea) OR “mawr” (great) and
“can” (bright, white) OR “cant”(circle, completion).
This name is common as a “surname” in both Wales and Ireland and is becoming increasingly popular as a given name. This pretty much means my name could have been spelled thirteen different ways.

I am also known by my older brother as Morgan Le-Fay. My brother will not respond to “Morgan” only as “Morgan Le-Fay”. This might be funny to some of you, but it is actually very annoying. Every time I talk to him, he’ll ask me who am I speaking too, and I’ll have to say Morgan Le Fay.
When I was younger I had no idea who that was. So a couple of years ago I looked it up and I was doleful.
I had found out that the use of Morgan as a female name was in fact never called Morgan but Morgain.
Morgain Le Fay was born in the middle ages, as the half-sister of King Arthur and an enemy of Merlin. Like her half-brother, she was a monarch, ruling as queen of the island of Avolan. This gave “morgain/morgan” the name as “Great Dark Queen”. In addition to her knowledge of the Dark Arts, she was also able to Heal, and can turn herself into a bird.

I did some Family research. I found out that
My Great-Great Grandpa was named Jonnie Lee Lovejoy.
My Great Grandpa was named Jonnie Lee Lovejoy.
My Grandpa is Named Odis Lee Lovejoy
He had three kids; Shalee Rochelle (my mother), Tanika lee, Odis lee.
My mom named me Morgan Elizabeth and my sister Robyn LeeAnn.
My uncle had three and named his son Noah Odis.
This means only one Thing. I’m remitted from the family names. I am the only one in my whole family that doesn’t have, at least, a “Lee” in my name.

Even though my name is; Morgan Elizabeth Lovejoy with no Lee, has thirteen+ different ways of spelling, Means Sea born and I hate boat, ships, or anything that floats in the middle of the water, and was given the meaning of Great Dark Queen because of some crazy Witch that ruled by monarch.
It made it a lot easier to love.
